Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for driving store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, and loss prevention. Will attract, recruit, and develop Associates; mentor teams; implement action plans for projects and company initiatives; contribute to succession planning; and ensure achievement of sales, expense, and customer service targets while maintaining store efficiency and a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others
- Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention
