Job Summary
Support sales results by overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving while minimizing shrink and damages. Attract and cultivate top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing development for Associates, serving as a mentor to foster a supportive environment. Implement action plans for projects, targets, and company initiatives, coordinate loss prevention programs, and improve store layout and efficiency. Manage expenses and communicate strategies to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. This role is bonus and overtime eligible with a starting pay of $22.70 to $31.20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant or Store Manager
- Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and empower a large team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with ability to influence and provide effective feedback and mentorship to others
- Proficient in store operations, customer service, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention, with strong follow-through skills to successfully implement tasks and initiatives
