Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Store Manager at Marshalls/TJX responsible for driving store performance by supporting sales results, managing expenses, and overseeing key operations including merchandising, backroom, frontline, cash office, customer service, markdowns, scheduling, shipping, and receiving with a strong focus on minimizing shrink and damages. You will attract, recruit, and cultivate top talent through comprehensive training and ongoing development, mentor and model a positive environment for Associates and customers, implement action plans for projects and company initiatives, contribute to succession planning, and coordinate loss prevention and store layout improvements to meet sales, expense, and customer service targets. Requires minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency in store operations, merchandising, people management, health and safety, and loss prevention.
