Job Summary
Support store operations by developing strategies to exceed financial goals and delivering an energetic omni-channel sales floor experience that builds brand connection. Motivate and measure performance of Crew Leads and staff to increase profitability while acting as a mentor through transparent communication. Educate the team on product information and brand initiatives, evaluate operations for efficiency improvements, and build client relationships to drive new customer acquisition. Lead the Crew in the absence of the Store Manager, network to recruit talent, and solicit feedback to continually improve the store experience. This role requires 1+ years of retail supervisor experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and availability for holidays, nights, and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ Years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume (or equivalent)
- Microsoft Office knowledge
- Google Suite knowledge
- Virtual Video Platforms knowledge
- Proficient communication skills – verbal and written
