Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leads 25–30 store team members in daily dispensary operations, including product orders, inventory, customer service, and cash handling, while ensuring compliance with Missouri protocols. Responsible for training, mentoring, and scheduling; coordinates daily sales reporting, financial performance, and KPI tracking; handles escalated customer issues and supports HR on recruiting and onboarding; manages team meetings, performance feedback, and cross-functional coverage. Requires strong leadership, cannabis education, and ability to maintain a welcoming, compliant environment; capable of working evenings, weekends, holidays, and a flexible 7-day retail schedule if needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of experience in a retail management or people leadership role
- 1+ years of Cannabis retail experience is required
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card in accordance with Missouri state regulations
- Must be at least 21 years of age
