Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role supporting the Store Manager to lead and develop a team of Sales Associates in a prestige beauty environment. Responsible for achieving sales, customer service, and operational targets through coaching, supervision, and effective store operations. Requires proven supervisory/retail experience, ability to manage inventory and cash reconciliation, proficiency with POS software and MS Office, and the flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and events. Provides inspirational customer service, supports staff development, and contributes to a high-performance store culture with competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
