Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading, coaching and developing a team of Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service and operational targets. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring staff, driving store performance, managing inventory and cash reconciliation, and ensuring strong customer service in a fast-paced cosmetics retail environment. Requires proven supervisory experience, ability to coach for results, experience with POS software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be able to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events; must provide proof of right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
Required Qualifications
- Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
