Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in leading daily store operations, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with local, state, and company cannabis regulations, driving sales and profitability, and curating an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, delegating tasks, scheduling, ensuring inventory accuracy and regulatory compliance, managing cash handling and POS operations, supporting recruitment, training and onboarding, addressing customer issues, and maintaining knowledge of computer systems and software related to store operations.
Required Qualifications
- All applicants must be at least 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of retail management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs and financial targets
- Experience and strong attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Travel %: 0
