Job Summary
Lead store operations and supervise staff to ensure a positive customer and employee experience while driving sales and profitability. Oversee staff performance, scheduling, and compliance with local, state, and company cannabis regulations; manage inventory, audits, and reconciliation; mentor and develop team through recruiting, training, and onboarding; maintain exceptional customer service and educate customers on cannabis products, usage methods, and safety; handle escalated customer issues and maintain knowledge of POS systems and related software.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- At least 1 year of retail management or supervisory experience
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Detail oriented, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong business acumen and understanding of KPIs and financial targets
- Experience and strong attention to detail in cash handling and POS operations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
