Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager leads customer service and regulatory compliance at Check N Go/CNG holdings retail locations; responsibilities include presenting product options, handling cash and banking tasks, calling on customers, processing transactions (loans, check cashing, Net Spend), complying with federal/state regulations, answering inquiries, andPerforming outbound sales and courtesy calls; requires high school diploma or GED, 1+ year sales/customer service/cash handling experience, strong communication, proficiency in MS Office, ability to multitask, and reliable transportation; travel to stores within the district and occasional overnight travel may be required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- 1+ year(s) of experience with sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred
- Strong customer service, active listening, and verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in an autonomous environment
- Must have own personal reliable transportation with valid Driver’s License and valid Automobile Insurance while employed
