Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, merchandise organization, and loss prevention. Assist customers with inquiries, maintain clean sales floors and stockrooms, and ensure all safety policies are followed. Process corporate directives, manage payroll and cash deposits, and support the Store Manager in training and developing associates. Adhere to company standards for a positive, respectful environment while performing other duties as assigned. This part-time role is located at 1021-c Hirschland Road, Evansville, Indiana.
Required Qualifications

- Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
- Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
- Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
- Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred
