Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager in a 6-month temporary role at Brompton Junction Paris. You will support the Store Manager in daily shop operations, drive customer experience excellence, manage and develop the sales team, handle stock and store replenishment, contribute to merchandising and visual standards, organize in-store events and workshops, manage administrative tasks including cash handling and GDPR compliance, monitor performance, and collaborate with Brompton Bicycle Ltd to promote in-store activities while upholding the brand image and values. You will be an ambassador for Brompton, ensure premium service, and help grow store performance through sales, workshop services, and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or a customer-focused environment
- At least 1 year of experience in management or supervision
- Experience in sales development and service quality appreciated
- Experience in a premium brand is a plus
- Valid driving license and occasional travel availability appreciated
- Excellent customer service mindset and quality standards
- Proficiency with computer tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Interest in cycling
- Knowledge of Brompton products appreciated
