Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations by supporting the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent while delivering high-quality product services like boot stretching and brim shaping. Cultivate a genuine customer connection through brand ambassadorship, oversee visual merchandising standards, and ensure compliance with loss prevention and shipment protocols. Provide real-time coaching, training new hires, and manage succession strategies to foster a seamless balance between operational, visual, and customer priorities. Work 40 hours per week including weekends and holidays at a competitive hourly rate of $22.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years Retail Management experience
- High School Diploma
- At least 18 years of age
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Ability to reach overhead, bend, squat, and kneel
- Ability to lift up to 30lbs regularly
- Ability to reliably commute to and from the work location
- Availability to work 40 hours per week including weekends, evenings, and holidays
