Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily operations, coaching the team, and driving store success. Responsibilities include delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets and KPIs, assisting with visual merchandising, stock management, and store presentation, contributing to wage-cost control and rostering, mentoring team members, and ensuring a safe, compliant store environment. Requires experience in senior sales assistant, leadership-support roles (e.g., Key Holder, Supervisor, 3IC, ASM), a proactive leadership mindset, and the ability to drive sales and develop staff in a fast-paced retail setting.
