Assistant Store Manager

Greet customers professionally in person and by telephone, then listen to and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles against service history. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate technician updates, and provide accurate quotes with completion timelines. Follow procedures for cashing out tickets, including multi-point inspection reviews and warranty explanations, while conducting post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Track new and core returns and warranty parts for individual customers. Promote sales of services, parts, and accessories by demonstrating product understanding. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work five days including Saturdays, and experience as a Service Advisor is helpful.
