Assistant Store Manager

Greet customers professionally in person and on the telephone, then listen to and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, clearly communicate updates from technicians, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Follow procedures for cashing out tickets, review completed multi-point inspections, and explain applicable warranties. Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction, track returns and warranty parts, and promote sales of services, parts, and accessories. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays.
