Job Summary
Greet customers professionally and document their concerns while inspecting vehicles to verify service needs. Recommend services based on appropriate knowledge, communicate updates to customers, and provide accurate quotes including cost and completion time. Follow procedures for cashing out tickets, review completed inspections, and explain applicable warranties. Conduct post-repair follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and track returns and warranty parts. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays. GoodGuys Tire & Auto Repair is an ASE-certified provider specializing in brake repairs, AC service, and tire installation.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
