Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager role overseeing sales, merchandising, and store operations with progression from Assistant in Training. Responsibilities include leading guest service, implementing SPG standards, recruiting and training Teammates, driving sales performance, visual merchandising, Loss Prevention, POS procedures, and managing day-to-day store operations. Supports Store Manager and Leadership Team, trains Teammates, and may act as Store Manager in their absence. Requires leadership, coaching, and customer-service oriented duties with a strong focus on achieving sales goals and delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
