Job Summary
Assist in leading daily store operations across multiple self-storage locations, drive sales by converting opportunities to rentals, upsell services, manage facility cleanliness and customer inquiries, handle cash deposits, adhere to policies, and travel between Columbus and Hilliard locations. Requires 2+ years in customer service, 1+ years in sales/collections, valid driver's license, ability to travel between locations, and proficiency with POS and office machines; weekend shifts may be required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1+ years of customer-centered sales and collections experience
- valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- ability to travel between multiple locations
- strong computer skills and ability to learn new applications
- ability to walk/sit/stand for extended periods
- experience operating POS and office machines
