Job Summary

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring outstanding service delivery to every Guest and maintaining excellent store conditions. Key responsibilities include managing associate performance, overseeing store administration, providing exceptional Guest services, preparing food items, operating POS systems efficiently, stocking merchandise, maintaining security, and ensuring maintenance of store cleanliness. Applicants must meet various minimum requirements, including effective communication skills, ability to operate store equipment, handle cash transactions accurately, and tolerate exposure to cold temperatures.

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English effectively
  • Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
  • Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
  • Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies
  • Ability to handle various forms of transactions and make change accurately
  • Ability to recognize numbers and complete required records
  • Ability to move merchandise and place for proper display
  • Ability to clean counters and surfaces
  • Ability to tolerate exposure to extreme temperatures
  • Ability to raise at least 10 pounds to height
  • Ability to place package into a cabinet
