Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager responsible for ensuring outstanding service through The Hi Five Guest Experience. Duties include managing associates, store administration tasks, enhancing overall guest services, efficient operation of the POS system, merchandise stocking, maintaining store security, and ensuring cleanliness and safety of the store. Requires effective communication in English, handling of transactions, and the physical ability to perform various tasks in a retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to understand operating instructions for store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items using supplies
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count, and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to shelves
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as –30 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to tolerate exposure to temperatures as low as +33 degrees Fahrenheit
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds from floor level
- Ability to place a 21-pound package into a dip cabinet

- Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales
