Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for ensuring outstanding service through the Hi Five Guest Experience, managing staff performance, and overseeing store administration. Key responsibilities include managing associate performance, providing excellent guest services, maintaining store inventory, ensuring store safety and cleanliness, operating point of sale systems, and performing various administrative duties. Essential qualifications include proficiency in English, the ability to operate store equipment, handle cash transactions, maintain store conditions, and tolerate a range of temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to speak, hear and understand spoken English
- Ability to see well enough to operate store equipment
- Ability to prepare DipSide items
- Ability to handle coins, currency, checks, and credit transactions
- Ability to recognize numbers, count, and do arithmetic
- Ability to move merchandise from storage to displays
- Ability to clean counters and other surfaces
- Ability to tolerate exposure to low and high temperatures
- Ability to raise at least 10 pounds
- Ability to place a 21-pound package in a dip cabinet

- Must be legally qualified under applicable state laws to conduct all sales transactions including alcohol and tobacco sales
