Job Summary
Oversee store operations by investigating inventory accuracy issues, coordinating labor hours for efficient deliveries, and championing operational standards using business performance data. Manage the budget, reporting, and metrics in partnership with the General Manager while leading the Operations team through accountability, continuous coaching, and succession planning. Write effective schedules prioritizing business strategy and collaborate cross-functionally to protect operational efficiency and ensure the store remains customer-ready. This full-time role requires a 40-hour week with availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability
- Aligns with and embodies ALO's Guiding Principles
- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
- Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
- Proof of right to live and work in country from start of employment
- Available for opening, closing and weekend shifts
