Job Summary
Oversee and support execution of key operational processes, including investigating inventory accuracy issues and championing strong operational standards for the salesfloor. Manage labor planning and scheduling to ensure efficient product deliveries and a safe work environment, while representing the business in meetings and monitoring budget, reporting, and metrics like expenses and sell-through. Lead the Operations team through accountability, continuous coaching, and succession planning, collaborating cross-functionally to protect operational efficiency and implement the General Manager's vision. Requires prior retail leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Full-time role with a 40-hour workweek, including availability for opening, closing, and weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience in retail or related industry
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Agile with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment
- Highly Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced, innovative environment
- Business owner mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Independent work ethic, time management skills, and personal accountability

- Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
