Assistant Store Manager- Steele Creek

Support the Area Manager in operating a Clean Juice location by managing guest satisfaction, COGS, and labor, while handling scheduling, team development, and local marketing through event sponsorship and Juice Booster networking. Cultivate a positive store culture and build a pipeline of inspired team members to grow within the brand. Drive sales to meet quarterly and annual goals by supervising staff, conducting daily pre-shift and monthly meetings, and maintaining a labor percentage of 30% or less through strategic weekly scheduling. Manage inventory to minimize waste, check delivery accuracy, and ensure all equipment meets cleanliness and safety standards. Obtain ServSafe certification and practice proper food safety while holding employees to the same standard. Work in a standing position for long periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and pass the Clean Juice University training program once hired.
