Job Summary
AssistStore Manager at Batteries Plus in St. Augustine, FL, supporting daily store operations, assisting customers, and backing up the Store Manager. You’ll be trained to perform technical repairs on cell phones, tablets, and key fobs, lead by example, engage customers, upsell promotions/warranties, operate cash registers, manage product loads/unloads, build displays, assist with battery rebuilds and device repairs, and ensure store safety and cleanliness. You’ll act as manager on duty in the absence of the Store Manager, follow safety protocols, and wear PPE. Requires strong customer service, basic math, cash handling, and at least 1 year of retail experience; high school diploma or equivalent preferred; valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
