Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations and assume full leadership during the Store Manager's absence, including managing opening and closing procedures, daily bank deposits, and inventory management. Drive sales performance through team incentives and effective communication while mentoring associates on recruitment, training, and performance management. Ensure strict adherence to risk management policies for asset security and stock counts, maintaining optimal merchandising and executing marketing initiatives. Provide world-class customer service and foster a positive, results-driven culture aligned with brand standards.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of prior retail experience in a sales-driven environment
- Proven track record in sales and service execution
- Proficiency with basic software and experience using POS systems
- Strong problem-solving ability with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and climb an 8-foot ladder
- Ability to stand for long periods and bend as necessary
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of the footwear or fashion industry and retail sector is a plus
