Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual presentation. Coach and mentor associates on sales techniques, product knowledge, and operational processes while fostering a positive, results-driven sales culture. Drive sales performance by promoting a team-selling environment and ensuring consistent delivery of world-class customer service. Monitor store KPIs, support loss prevention initiatives, and maintain compliance with security and daily operational procedures. Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing top talent to build a high-performing team.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year in a sales-driven retail environment
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to climb an 8-foot ladder
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend as necessary
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in footwear, fashion, or specialty retail a plus
- Proven ability to deliver excellent service and build strong customer relationships
- Comfortable using POS systems and basic software applications
