Job Summary
Partner with the Store Manager to oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, and deliver outstanding customer service. Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team while assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training. Maintain visual merchandising standards, support inventory management, and ensure compliance with opening, closing, and cash handling procedures. Serve as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence to ensure smooth daily store operations. This role requires at least one year of retail leadership experience and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of retail leadership or supervisory experience
- Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced retail environment
- Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to bend, reach, climb ladders, and move merchandise as needed
- Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of applicable background and/or drug screening requirements
