Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory. This role requires a minimum age of 18, a flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. The position involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
