Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50. Benefits include Illinois Paid Leave, Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay, and End of Season Premium Pay.
