Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Maintain a flexible schedule with physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required. Minimum age is 18. Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.25, with eligible premium pay programs for set-up, tear-down, and end-of-season work.
