Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Establish and maintain Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule accommodating 8+ hours of standing, walking, ladder climbing, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and an End of Season Premium Pay Program.
