Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store while ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Maintain guest services standards, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. This role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and a flexible schedule. The position involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Programs.
