Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store, and helps maintain Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining guest services, overseeing staff development, managing merchandising and inventory controls, and ensuring efficient store operations in a seasonal environment. The role requires prior retail management experience, flexibility in schedule, and the physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds.
