Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Establish and maintain Guest Services, develop staff, control expenses, shrinkage, and manage all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Requires 18 years of age, flexible schedule, and prior retail management experience. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $18.90 to $19.15 with benefits including California Paid Sick Time and seasonal premium pay programs.
