Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store while ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Manage Guest Services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 18, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
