Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store to ensure maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage reduction, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. Maintain a flexible schedule with a minimum age requirement of 18, while meeting physical demands including 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
