Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
