Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a seasonal store while ensuring maximum sales and profitability. Manage guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory. This role requires prior retail management experience, a minimum age of 18, and a flexible schedule. The position involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 to $17.25 per hour, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Programs.
