Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store; responsible for assisting with overall store operations to drive sales and profitability, including guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory control. Key duties include establishing and maintaining guest services, merchandising execution, and ensuring efficient store setup and teardown for seasonal operations. Must be able to stand 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds; minimum age 18; prior retail management experience required; flexible schedule.
