Assist the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store; support overall store operations to drive sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and merchandising/inventory control. Requires 18+ years old, flexible schedule, and the physical ability to stand 8+ hours, walk, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
