Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in ensuring guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales/profitability. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds; age requirement is 18+. A flexible schedule is required. Prior retail management experience is required.
