Job Summary
Assist Store Manager in staffing, setup/teardown of seasonal store, merchandising, guest services, inventory control, controlling expenses, shrinkage reduction, staff development, scheduling, and ensuring profitability. Moderate leadership duties to support store operations. Physical requirements include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 with a flexible schedule. Prior retail management experience is required.
