Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store; assists in optimizing store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, and controlling expenses, shrinkage, and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control; must be 18 or older, with a flexible schedule; physical demands include 8+ hours standing/walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds; prior retail management experience required.
