Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager supports Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a Seasonal Store; responsible for supporting Guest Services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage and all aspects of merchandising and inventory control to maximize sales/profitability. Minimum age 18 and must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
