Job Summary
Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Manage overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and inventory. Prior retail management experience is required, with a minimum age of 18 and a flexible schedule. The role involves 8+ hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Hourly rate ranges from $17.25 to $17.50, with eligibility for Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs and End of Season Premium Pay Programs.
