The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, merchandising, and overall store operations to maximize sales and profitability. Responsibilities include establishing guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing inventory. Requires prior retail management experience, the ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Must be at least 18 years old and have a flexible schedule.
