Job Summary
Assistant Store Manager assists the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and the pack-up/teardown of a Seasonal Store to drive sales and profitability. Responsibilities include supporting guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control. Requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 50 pounds).
