The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, and teardown of a seasonal store. Responsibilities include ensuring maximum sales/profitability through establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, and controlling expenses and shrinkage. The role requires prior retail management experience, a flexible schedule, and the ability to physically perform tasks such as standing for long periods, climbing ladders, and lifting/moving items up to 50 pounds.
